Re: Third Party Payment Services

We can provide a Third Party ‘Payment Service’ and Purchasing Agent Service at very nominal fees. There are many reasons that companies request this type of service such as:

• The chosen supplier might only offer to ship their product within their own country and if the customer is not in that country it might be more convenient to have us combine the cost of the goods needed plus the shipping costs into one invoice. This way only one payment needs to be made to us and we will disburse the costs to the supplier and arrange and pay for the shipping to the buyer.
• Many corporate customers have existing arrangements with shipping lines and or other transportation firm but need us to arrange part of the shipment for warehousing, local delivery etc. The customer will ask us to pay on their behalf the shipping line and give them one invoice for all the costs on their shipment including the part that we are handling.
• In this day and age of large corporate organization being able to only deal with ‘Approved’ vendors and or where large corporate firms have a long payment cycle to pay vendors we can step in and arrange fast payment to small vendors that might not be in the large corporate organization system and we then disburse all the costs and give the large corporate organization one invoice. This allows small vendors to get quick payment and allows an unapproved vendor to provide an urgently needed service to the large corporate organization that they hitherto would not be able to service.
• We act as Purchasing Agents for many large and small firms and individuals throughout the world and also provide the transportation of the items purchased form them.
